App vs. Browser: What You Get
The ludoqq app and mobile browser both let you deposit, wager, and withdraw, but the app has built-in advantages. App users receive push notifications when a Piala Indonesia match starts, when their weekly cashback is available, and when a withdrawal is processed. The app caches your account summary, so you can check your balance and recent results without waiting for a page to load. The app also uses less data than the browser version and works faster on slower connections. Browser access is equally secure and offers all payment methods, but you do not get offline access or notifications. Choose the browser if you want to avoid storage space or prefer not to install software; choose the app if you want speed and convenience on your daily phone.
ludoqq App Strengths
- Push notifications for matches, cashback, and withdrawals
- Offline access to account history and recent results
- Faster load times on 4G and low-bandwidth networks
- Lower data usage than browser
- Same security, payment options, and game selection as web
Device Compatibility and Minimum Requirements
The ludoqq Android app runs on Android 7.0 or later. Most phones sold in the last five years meet this requirement. The iOS web app works on Safari on iOS 12 or later, which covers iPhone 6s and newer. If your device is older, the browser version of ludoqq may run slowly but should still work. We recommend updating your operating system to the latest version for security and performance. If you have trouble installing or running the app, contact our support team via in-app chat or email; response times are typically within one business day.
Common Installation Issues and Solutions
If the Android APK will not install, check that Unknown Sources is enabled in your Security settings. Some phones block installation from outside the Play Store by default—you must explicitly allow ludoqq before tapping the APK. If you see "Installation blocked," go to Settings → Apps → Google Play Protect and disable it temporarily, then retry. After installation, re-enable Play Protect. If the app crashes after opening, clear the app cache by going to Settings → Apps → ludoqq → Storage → Clear Cache. Do not clear data, as this will delete your login session. If the app still does not work, uninstall and reinstall the latest APK. If you get a certificate error on iOS or Android, your device time may be incorrect—check that your system date and time match the current date and time in your region, then restart the app.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security on the ludoqq App
When you install the ludoqq app, we request permission to send notifications and access your device storage. The app does not access your photo library, contacts, or location. We do not track your location or sell your data. The app stores your login session locally but never saves your password or payment credentials. Each time you make a withdrawal or deposit, the app requires you to re-enter your password and may request a one-time code sent to your registered email or phone number. We encrypt all data in transit using TLS 1.3, the same standard used by banks. Your account is protected by your username, password, and optional two-factor authentication; enable two-factor if you want extra security. If someone logs into your account from an unrecognised device, we send an alert to your registered email. If you think your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We will review your account activity and advise you on next steps.
